Following the August 10, 2026, Executive Order changing federal childhood vaccine recommendations, The Arizona Partnership for Immunization (TAPI) wants Arizona families to know one important thing: the science behind childhood vaccines has not changed.

Vaccines remain one of our best defenses against serious and sometimes life-threatening diseases. Decades of research and real-world experience support the safety and effectiveness of routine childhood vaccines. Leading medical organizations, including the American Academy of Pediatrics, American Medical Association and Infectious Diseases Society of America, continue to recommend vaccination based on this extensive body of evidence.  Click to read full statement.
