Big shot for arizona, Cloud Toddler & teen nomination submissions
Each year, TAPI hosts the Big Shots for Arizona Awards Dinner recognition event. This celebration recognizes organizations and individuals who have distinguished themselves by improving the health and wellness of Arizona’s communities and the lives of Arizona children through increasing immunization rates.
Practices are honored with the Toddler Cloud Award or Teen Cloud Award, recognizing 90% or above immunization rates in their offices. We also highlight individuals and organizations doing amazing work to increase the health of our communities with our Big Shot Awards.
